Broccoli with mayonnaise

<Ingredients>
Handful broccoli
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

<Directions>
1.

Skin lower part of stem (if skin is tough).
Divide into a few sections.

Bring water to boil, add a pinch of salt and put broccoli, first stem part, and then head part.

2.

When stem is somewhat translucent, drain, spread on flat strainer and let cool.

3.

Dice broccoli into 1cm cubes, with some size variations, and put in a bowl.

4.

Add mayonnaise, 1/2-2/3 of the specified amount first, and mix well.

Taste, and add more mayonnaise if necessary.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

 <Notes>
  • Do not put too much mayonnaise. You want to eat broccoli, not mayonnaise. When you taste mayonnaise clearly with this dish, it means it is too heavy and stands out too much as a side.
