<Ingredients>
1/4 red pepper
1/4 orange pepper
1 small knob ginger
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dashi
<Directions>

Seed and cut peppers into bite-size pieces.
Grate ginger.

Grill peppers.

Meanwhile, put ginger, soy sauce and dashi in a bowl, and mix.
4.
When peppers are ready, remove burned parts as necessary, put in ginger soy sauce, and mix.
<Notes>
- Pair with okra or mushrooms for additional flavor and texture.
- A tiny amount (1/4 tsp or less) of sesame oil adds a nice aroma.
