<Ingredients>
1/4 small lemon (1/2 tsp lemon juice)
1/4 tsp sesame oil (not in photo)
Pinch salt (optional; not in photo)
<Directions>

Julienne radishes.

Place in a bowl, add sesame oil, and toss well.
Squeeze lemon juice, first 1/2 to 2/3 of the specified amount. Toss, taste, and add more if necessary.
3.
Immediately before serving, sprinkle salt (optional), and toss.
<Notes>
- Adding salt ahead of time causes this dish to get soggy. Salt can be added at the table.
