Recipes for Tom
One day Tom will make Japanese food.
All recipes are for 2 servings unless noted. Oil is canola oil and salt is kosher salt.
Tamarind paste prep
Tear block of tamarind paste into small pieces and microwave with the equal amount of water for 30 seconds.
Strain fibers and seed pieces.
When there are leftovers, divide paste into small packs. Keep frozen.
