<Ingredients>
1/4 medium onion
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp canola oil
1 tsp sesame oil
Pinch salt (not in photo)
<Directions>
1.
Finely chop onion.
2.
Mix all ingredients.
Taste, and add salt as necessary.
<Notes>
- Finely chopped celery is a nice addition.
