Burokkorii to karifurawaa no sarada, tamanegi doresshingu / steamed broccoli and cauliflower salad with onion dressing

A quick salad with a common combination of broccoli and cauliflower. Onion dressing adds a nice final touch.




<Ingredients>


Small handful broccoli
Small handful cauliflower
2-3 tbsp onion dressing


<Directions>
1.

Divide broccoli and cauliflower into florets,

Place in a microwaveable container, cover with plastic, and microwave for 30-60 seconds.



Turn upside down and move around florets, cover, and microwave for another 30-60 seconds until tender.

Uncover, and let out hot air.


2.

Serve in individual bowls, and top with onion dressing.



<Notes>
  • Alternatively, boil vegetables with a minimum amount of water in a pot, covered. Be careful not to overcook.
