All recipes are for 2 servings unless noted. Oil is canola oil and salt is kosher salt.


Sakura ebi iri iritamago / scrambled eggs with sakura ebi

A topping for steamed rice or can be mixed in.

1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tbsp sake
1/2 tsp mentsuyu (or 1/4 tsp soy sauce and 1/4 tsp mirin)
1 tbsp sakura ebi


Mix all ingredients.

In a non-stick frying pan, pour the mixture and scramble at medium heat.
